OLSON, Mrs. Jo Ann, Portage, MI. Died Monday afternoon August 15, 2011. JoAnn was born October 18, 1934 in Welch, West Virginia a daughter of George and Lily Purdue Register. She had been a Kalamazoo area resident for 21 years coming from Marquette, MI.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Brenda Flodin in 2000; a brother, Carl Register; and a sister, Kathleen Schultz. On November 25, 1954, she was united in marriage to Kenton C. Olson who survives. Also surviving, 2 children, Cindy Olson and Michael Olson both of Portage; 3 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
