Jo Ann Harrigan, age 78, of Salem, died at 10:05 p.m. Monday, June 16, 2014 at the Blossom Nursing and Rehab Center. She was born March 28, 1936 in Salem, daughter of the late Burt C. and Hazel (Lottman) Capel. She was a 1954 graduate of Salem High School and had been employed with Richards Moving as an office manager. She attended St. Paul Catholic Church. Her husband, William K. “Hap” Harrigan, whom she married May 9, 1980, survivors her along with two sons, Domenic Todarello of Ventura, California and Thomas Todarello of St. George, Utah; two sisters, Betty Scott of Salem and Shirley Kastenhuber of Salem; four brothers, Robert, Bruce, Gerald and Fred Capel all of Salem; and three grandchildren. Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by two brothers, Richard and Burt Carl Capel.
