Jimmy was born the son of the late Cecil Olin Loudermilk and the late Lillie Shirley Loudermilk on May 31, 1946. He was a lifelong resident of Rabun County.
In addition to his parents his brother, Leon Loudermilk and one sister, Martha Loudermilk, preceded him in death.
His survivors include his loving wife of 54 years, Janie Cross Loudermilk; his son, Neil Loudermilk (Elizabeth), of Dacula, Georgia; his daughter, Hope Adams (Shane), of Clarkesville, Georgia; one brother, Bob Loudermilk, of Lakemont, Georgia; two sisters, Merietta Jones (Marshall), of Lakemont, Georgia, Lynette Patton (Randall), of Tallulah Falls, Georgia; sister-in-law, Gail Lewis, of St. Petersburg, Florida; four grandchildren, Grace Loudermilk, Reid Loudermilk, Jonathan Adams, Jacob Adams.
