He was preceded in death by his wife, Dymple Percy; parents, William James Percy, SR and Sadie Love Haffner; and a brother, Mike Percy. He is survived by his son and daughter in law, Scott and Sarah Percy of Marietta, GA; sister, Lynn Percy of Demorest, GA; grandchildren, Benjamin David Percy and Elizabeth Love Percy.
