Mrs. Jimmie Lou Curtis Haywood, a lifelong resident of Birmingham transitioned into a heavenly rest on June 2, 2014. Preceded in death by her loving husband and daughters Mr. Charles George Haywood, Mrs. Charlotte H. Harnsberry and Mrs. Kimberly H. McGhee. A graduate of A. H. Parker High School and a local business college, she served the Birmingham City School system for 35 years as a dedicated Educational Secretary. Left to cherish loving and fond memories is her daughter Ms. Linda G. Haywood and a host of relatives and friends.
