Jimmy “J.R.” Holloway, 73, passed away on Tuesday morning February 12, 2019. He was born in Wake County the son of the late Katie Lee Williams Holloway and Paul Lafette Holloway. He was preceded in death by his brother, Floyd Holloway.
Jimmy loved the Lord, his family and life itself. He was a D.J.
Jimmy is survived by his wife, Beth Mumford Holloway; a daughter, Jeannie H. Poindexter and husband E. John of Raleigh; a son, Ritchie Holloway and wife Magda of Sanford; grandchildren: Mary Katie Poindexter, Grace Anne Poindexter, Everett John Poindexter III, Micah Holloway, Emmie Todd Holloway and Reese Holloway.
