Jimmie Shirley Savage, 80, of Jackson, passed away November 14, 2016 at Providence Hospital in Mobile. She was born November 20, 1935 to James L. and Mattie R. McKinley. She was loved by many friends, family and church family, especially her Sunday School class and the WMU Ladies at First Baptist Church of Jackson.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Marguerite Payne; brothers-in-law, Arnell Payne and Sam Kelly.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Marion Lawrence Savage; children, Judy (Randy) Bedwell, Ginger (Gil) Thomas, Larry (Molly) Savage; grandchildren, Chesley Kelly, Rebecca (Vic) Hutto, Cayce Savage, Eastwood Thomas, Dylan Thomas; great-grandchildren, Kayci Kelly, Kayli Kelly, Kaden Kelly, Zoe Hutto; siblings, Lucille Kelly, Dorothy (Harold) Hudson; many special nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and five great, great-nephews and one great, great-niece.
