Jimmie M. Pruett, 56, of Lafayette, passed away on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at Franciscan St. Elizabeth Health after a short battle with cancer.
He was born September 29, 1960, in Denver, CO, to the late Max Pruett and Jane Zorn. His marriage was to Linda J. Summers Hunley and she survives.
Jimmie was owner and operator of Superior Siding & Remodel Inc.
Jimmie was an avid fan of the Indianapolis Colts, and Purdue sports. He also enjoyed fishing, entertaining family and friends especially around his pool.
Surviving with his wife, Linda, are his children Travis, Jeff and Brett (Ashley) Pruett of California, Preston Hunley of Lafayette and Kyla (Dustin) Kendall of Lafayette, grandchildren Zachary Pruett and his Princess Reae Jean Kendall. Also surviving are brothers Joe Pruett, of Lafayette, Danny Pruitt of Warsaw, sisters Cheryl (Steve) Greenwood and Candy Herbst (companion Dale Bush).
