He was born on July 17, 1953 in Sullivan, Indiana to Robert E. ’Grumpy’ and Norma Jean (Gambill) Fulford. Jim married the love of his life, Connie S. (Robertson) Fulford on October 16, 1971.
Jim was of the Baptist faith and worked in construction management with Duke Energy.
Jim was preceded in death by: his father, Robert E. Fulford; son-in-law, David Kanen; sister, Julia Pittman, brother-in-law, Ed Bell; nephews, Troy Bell and Derek Fulford.
