Barbara Jill Campbell, 71, of Jacksonville, died Wednesday, March 7, 2018, at her home.
Jill was born Nov. 10, 1946, in Oswego, NY, the daughter of Robert and Barbara Dunning Campbell.
She is survived by her mother of Jacksonville; one brother, James (Teresa) Campbell of Jacksonville; one nephew, Joseph (Kelly) Wilde of Portland, OR; one niece, Kelly (Ryan) Ballard of Roodhouse; one great-niece, Neko Wilde; and many cousins. She was preceded in death by her father.
Jill was a member of First United Methodist Church in Mexico, NY, and Parrish United Methodist Church in Parrish, FL. She had been involved in Sheltered Workshops, Manasota A.R.C. and Oswego Industries, and the Special Olympics in both New York and Florida. She had most recently been a resident at the James Creek Group Home in Jacksonville. Jill’s family would like to thank the staff at both the group home and Pathway Services for their care.
