Jessie Frank Wise, age 67, of Crestview, passed away peacefully in the early morning hour surrounded by love on May 29, 2015, after a long courageous battle with COPD.
He was born in Pensacola, FL, and moved to Crestview in 1976. Frank was a veteran of the USAF, serving active duty from 1966 to 1970, then as a reservist from 1975 to 2002, retiring as SMSgt.
Frank is survived by his former spouse and care-giver, Susan Kaye Wise; two daughters, Kathryn Lee Wise and Belinda Rebecca Wise; two grandchildren, Hunter Jessie and Max Paul; brother, William “Bill” Wise (Shirley); and sister, Dorothy Vaughn (Donald).
