Age 29 of Brant passed away on Friday, June 8, 2018 after a tragic accident.A funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at Nelson-House Funeral Homes Martin Chapel. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 13 from 4:00 to 8:00pm.Jessie was born on January 5, 1989 to Scott and Kathie (Griffin) Richmond in Saginaw. She graduated from Chesaning Union High School with the Class of 2007. She married the love of her life, Heather Rogers on October 21, 2017.During her life, Jessie worked as a fabricator for Crest in Owosso. She loved being outdoors, farming, hunting, and fishing. She also enjoyed tractor pulling. More than anything, Jessie loved being with her family and friends.Jessie is survived by her wife, Heather Richmond; her father, Scott Richmond Sr.; her mother, Kathie Richmond; her father figure, Frank “Mumbles” King; her parents-in-law, Dan (Bridget) Rogers and Tuesday Rogers; her siblings, Trisha Richmond (Justin Smeltzer), Scott “Chip” (Amanda) Richmond Jr., and Nick Richmond; her sister-in-law, Kara Rogers; her nieces and nephews, Ella, Scott III, Nate, Julia, Landon, and Rayne Richmond, and Hadley Smeltzer; her grandparents, Grace and Jerry Richmond and Janet Bierlein; her grandparents-in-law, Gwen Schultz, and Bill and Barb Rogers; as well as many other loving family and friends.She is predeceased by her grandfather, Arthur Griffin; her great-grandparents; and her grandfather-in-law, Barney Schultz.Memorial contributions are suggested to the family.
