Jesse Kyle “Chopper” Hamblen, 38, Abingdon, a beautiful life came to an end at home Tuesday, February 23, 2021. He died as he lived, everyone’s friend! Jesse was born July 18, 1982, in Naperville, the son of Robert E. and Judith Ann (Arbogast) Hamblen.
Jesse is survived by his mother, Judi of Abingdon, and one brother, George Hamblen of Abingdon. He was preceded in death by his father.
