Jesse J. Vargas age 82 of Aurora passed away Saturday August 11, 2012 at Provena St. Joseph Hospital in Joliet surrounded by his family.
He was born December 24, 1929 in Elgin, Illinois the son of Juan and Maria (Rodriquez) Vargas.

He is survived by his wife of eleven years Irma (Soto) Williams- Vargas; children Deborah Surgener of Hobart, IN., Jennie Teague of Chesterton, IN. and Mark (Gineen) Vargas of Naperville; Irma’s children Jeffrey (Nicole) Williams of North Aurora, Kimberly (Scott Zacher) Williams of Geneva and Gregory (Heather) Williams of Mesa AZ.; grandchildren Venus and Trinity Gamez, Tiffany Morales, Leonard Guzman, Wendy Diaz, Mark Jr., Erick and Jordan Vargas and Irma’s grandchildren Daniel, Justin and Mara Williams and many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; also survived by his two brothers Richard (Kathy) Vargas of Bensenville and Paul (June) Vargas of Hebron.
He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings Cecilia Pizano, Rachal Maldonado, Ralph, John and Leo Vargas; granddaughter Atina Rodriquez; daughter Anita Gamez and son Tony Vargas and by his first wife Rosa and second wife Victoria Vargas who passed away in October of 1999.
