Unconditional love, without reason, Jesse Hall a humble husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin, nephew, friend. Jesse Hall a man loved by all who came in contact with him, was born in Limestone, NC in Duplin County to Theresa Burnett and George Curtis Hall. The sixth child of seven led a life that can only be described as a prize winning novel that you can’t put down. Growing up with 4 brothers.
Jesse showed promise early excelling in whatever was put before him. Whether it be academics or sports, he showed physical prowess and astute intelligence in any challenge placed in his path. Upon leaving NC and moving to NY Jesse soon grew into a charming witty humor full young man. Soon after graduationhe met his future wife Felicia. Jesse Jr, being the first born made Jesse realize he wanted more stability for his family and enlisted in the
United States Marine Corps.
His determination and leadership skills allowed him to join the well known ranks known as the corp.
Jesse served from Cuba to Kuwait making him a seasoned veteran. The second child Lajeanna arrived Jesse and Felecia were living in Oceanside California, Before the arrival of his third child, Jessica, Jesse moved his family back to the to NC, Camp Lejeune. By the time Shaquan, his last child was born, Jesse was perusing retirement.After retiring from the military, Murphy Farms became home to him for 10 plus years, Jesse learned he had cancer of the brain due to an unfortunate accident while driving.
On December 29 , 2015 God called for his angel to come home. He is preceeded in death by Mother Theresa Burnett, Father George Curtis Hall, Brother George Coy Hall. Survived by: wife Felicia Hall. Daughters: Lajeanna Hall. Jessica Hall. Sons: Jesse Hall Jr., Shaquan Hall. Brothers: David (Bernice) Hall. Vander Hall. James (Shirlee) Hall. Horace Simmons. Thomas Furlow. Sister: Shirley Hall. 14 grandchildren. A host of Nieces, Nephews, great, and great-great Niece’s and Nephews.
