Jesse Charles Whitley, age 62, of Nicholls, Georgia passed away on Friday, August 28, 2020 at his residence. Mr. Whitley was born on March 25, 1958 in Coffee County, Georgia the son of the late Jesse Vernon and Mary Gillis Whitley.
Charles was a quiet, kind hearted, simple man. He enjoyed hunting and working in his shop. He worked in maintenance at Elixir DMC until his retirement in 2017.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Beverly Whitley; son, Scott Whitley (Tori) Nicholls, GA; grandson, Hagan Whitley of Nicholls, GA; granddaughter, Henli Whitley of Nicholls, GA; brother, Vernon Whitley (Annette) of Greenwood, S.C.; several nieces and nephews.
Musical selections will be “Land of Endless Tomorrows” by the Haskins Family on CD.
