Jesse C. Jackson Jr. Age 73, passed away on Monday, October 20, 2014. He was born in Jackson and lived most of his life in the McVay community. He was prceded in death by his parents, Jesse C. Jackson Sr. and Darrington and Katie Reeves of Jackson, and Zeola Jackson Roley of Theodore. Mr. Jackson is survived by his children, Scott (Lisa) Jackson of Miller’s Ferry and Sandy Jackson (Kimble) Coaker of Pike Road; and five grandchildren, Mandy Jackson Warrick of Chatom, AL. Garrett Jackson of Excel Katie Coaker (Matt) Edwards of Montgomery, AL. And Kathryn and Caroline Coaker of Pike Road. He is also survived by his brother, Carl Jackson of Jackson, AL. His nephews and many friends and relative in t he McVay community.
