Jerry Wayne Parsons, 62, died Wednesday Nov. 19, 2014 in New Whiteland. He was a resident of New Whiteland. Jerry was born July 24,1952 in Indianapolis to the late John and Mary (Hannah) Parsons.
He served in the U.S. Army National Guard from 1972 to 1978.
He married Diane (Perkins) Parsons on April 3, 2014 in Johnson County. He was owner and operator of Direct Window, Door and Siding as a general contractor. Jerry enjoyed fishing, hunting and camping. He loved family gatherings and spending time with his grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife, Diane Parsons of New Whiteland, two children, Jennifer (Mike) Harris of Whiteland and Rob (Amy) Parsons of DeMotte, mother of his children, Susanne Parsons of Martinsville, two sisters, Cindy (Tom) Shearer and Cheril (Terry) Johnson both of Indianapolis, three brothers, John (Beth) Parsons and Jeff (Jackie) Parsons both of Indianapolis and Jim Parsons of Greenfield and four grandchildren, Hannah Harris, Emma Harris, Isabella Parsons, Ian Parsons and one on the way in April of 2015.
