Mr. Jerry Wayne Honeycutt formerly of Charlotte, NC died January 5, 2023 at the Haven – Custead Hospice Care Center, Orange Park, Florida. Mr. Honeycutt was born in Concord, NC on July 19, 1947 to the late David Vane and Pattie Whitley Huneycutt.
He attended Charlotte-Mecklenburg schools and graduated from East Meck. in 1965. Mr. Honeycutt was a Naval veteran and was employed in sales and trucking for much of his career. Mr.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Sheri Duerden and siblings, Melvin Huneycutt and Dianna Honeycutt.
Mr. Honeycutt is survived by a daughter, Sandi Bross (Jason); sons, Matthew Scott and Adam Avery (Samantha); three grandchildren, Aurora, Amelia and Archer. Also surviving are his siblings, Patricia Stegall, Kay Combs, Gayle Marsh (Woody), Debra Hartsell, Charles Honeycutt (Cindy), Kenneth Huneycutt (Cheryl) and Patty Ferguson (Heath).
