Jerry is survived by his mother Rosalie Grace of Rising Sun, IN. a daughter, Toni Grace of Rising Sun, IN; a son, Jeff Grace (Erin) of Rising Sun, IN; a grandson, Michael Loren Grace.
He was preceded in death by his father Russell W. Grace.
