JerryW. “Husband” Wheadon, age 51, of Fairmount, IN, died unexpectedly Tuesday, August 6, 2013.
He was the son of Preston L. Wheadon, Marion and the late VirginiaD. (Abell) Wheadon, born on November 26, 1961 in Fairmount, Indiana. He graduate of Madison-Grant High School class of 1980 and was a plant superintendent for Lein Corporation for 25 years. He married Michelle “Wife” Poe on September 25, 2004.Michelle survives in Fairmount. He was a member of the Eagles Aires 1776, Alexandria, VFW Post 7403 Marion, AMVETS Post 5 Marion, and the American Legion, Post 95, Jonesboro. Jerry was a great Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother and Friend.
He loved his family, was a great handy man and always had a project going at the Wheadon Homestead. He enjoyed his Harley Davidson Sportster XL.
He is also survived by his wife: Michelle Wheadon. One Daughter: Shana (Dietrich) Gale, Vacaville, CA One Son: Jeremy Wheadon, Marion, IN 2 Grandchildren; Emma Elaine Gale and August Dietrich Gale to be born in December. One Sister: Debbie (Fred) Ritter, Van Buren, IN Two Brothers: Terry (Diane) Wheadon, Marion, IN Gary (Frances) Wheadon, Marion, IN In-Laws; Colleene & Stan Lord, Andrews Many nieces and nephews
He was preceded in death by is brother Jeffery R. Wheadon.
