Jerry R. McCutcheon, 77, of Huntington, IN, passed away on Thursday, March 24, 2022, at his residence.
Jerry was born on November 8, 1944, in Huntington, IN, to Harry “Dick” Richard and Violet (Barton) McCutcheon. His parents and step-mother, Margaret McCutcheon preceded him in death. He married Linda Vogleman on August 29, 1992, and she survives in Huntington.
Jerry retired from Harvester in Fort Wayne after 33 years of service. He was a member of American Legion Post #85.
Along with his wife, Linda, Jerry is survived by two sons, Shawn (Sue) McCutcheon, AR, Steve (Jessica) McCutcheon, Fort Wayne, IN; one daughter, Staci (Eric) Hughes, Decatur, IN; one step-son, Scott (Meridith) Lewis, NC; one step-daughter, Andrea (Rodney Good) Lewis, Huntington, IN; three sisters, Gloria Jean (Tom) Hughes, Marsha (Ron) Schenkel, both of Huntington, Theresa (Gary) Guetzlaff, FL; 9 grandchildren, 4 step-grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren.
Along with his parents and step-mother he was preceded in death by one son, Scott McCutcheon; and one brother, Thomas McCutcheon.
