He was preceded in death by: his father, Levy Mosley; mother, Lucinda Mosley; brothers, Lewis, Levy, Jr., and Carl, Sr., sisters, Claudia and Betty; niece, Tracy and nephew, James.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his wife, Connie Mosley; two loving sons, Jerry Jr. (Ashley) and Jonathan “Mike” (Tee); grandchildren, Ashton, Iyanna, Landen and Aubree; sister, Peggy; brothers, Randy (Anglin), Timothy and Jimmy; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Eldon and Leathar Faison; sisters-in-law, Felicia (Snap) and Elleanora (Andrew); brothers-in-law, Timothy, Rex (Mildred), Reginald (Donna) and Tracy; devoted nephews, Norris (Vanitha), C. J. (Eva) and a host of nieces and nephews that he loved and adored; his special dedicated friends, Charles, Kenneth, Ronnie, Freddy and Snap, and a host of cousins and friends that meant a great deal to him.
