Jeremiah (Jerry) Joseph Leahy, Jr. AKA Bud, Buddy or Uncle Bud age 77, of Stamford CT, passed away Saturday, September 10, 2022 after a long struggle with numerous health conditions. Born in San Francisco, CA, son of the late Jeremiah and Eileen (Mahoney) Leahy, he had been a Fairfield County resident since 1977. A proud father of two boys with a love for laughter and good times. Jerry served in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves. He began his corporate career working for Bank of America while it was still a regional bank. He was promoted several times and was eventually transferred from San Francisco to New York where he became a Vice President of their leasing group. He then worked for General Electric Credit Corp.
