Jerry D. Cline, 64, of Washington passed away at 1:15am, Saturday, December 8, 2018 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
He was born on May 28, 1954 in Peoria the son of John and Ruthie Kelso Cline. He married Alma L. Dawson on October 27, 1973 in Koshkonong, MO.
Surviving are his wife, one son Jason Cline of Chicago Heights, IL and one daughter Mellissa (Corey) Cameron of Washington; four grandchildren Christopher, Caitlynn, Hailey, and Andrew. Also surviving are his parents of Koshkonong, MO one brother Terry (Nancy) Cline of Koshkonong and one sister Tracy (Dale) Leitner of Birch Tree, MO.
He worked for Caterpillar Tractor Company for 43 years retiring in 2016 as a supervisor. Jerry enjoyed hunting, fishing, grilling outdoors, watching St. Louis Cardinal Baseball and decorating for the holidays. He was a kind man with a very generous heart and love for his family, whom he adored especially his grandchildren.
