Mr. Carlson was born August 7, 1947, in Graceville, Minnesota, the son of Roy A. Carlson and Margaret Ewert Carlson. He was a Vietnam veteran serving in the U. S. Army. He moved to Texas in 1979. He worked for Custom Printing and was the ranch Foreman for many years. He was a life time member of the VFW 4008 in Belton.
Survivors include two sons Daniel Carlson and Joshua Carlson both of Georgia and daughter Tammy Thomas of Minnesota; one brother Robert “Bob” Carlson of Belton; three sisters Jennie Bengtson, Marilyn Homrighausen and Denese Carlson and two grandchildren Cheyenne Statley and Makoons Stately.
