Jerrall Ray Skinner, 69, a resident of Valley, AL passed away Saturday, April 30, 2016 at his residence.
Survivors include his wife of 48 1/2 years, Patsy Elaine Skinner, children, Teri Skinner Striblin and Eric Skinner (Sarah); three brothers, Stanley Skinner, Rick Skinner, and Larry Skinner; four grandchildren, Madison Toland (Mark); Cheyenne Ussery, Sydney & Jackson Skinner; three great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Riley, and Greyson Toland. Mr. Skinner was preceded in death by his parents, Stan Perry Skinner, Sr. and Ella Mae Elliott.
He was a longtime employee of the Fairfax Mill for over 25 years. He was a veteran of the U. S. Navy. He enjoyed his family, golf, fishing and traveling.
