Mr. Jerome Eugene Stuckey (Jerry) was born September 5, 1937, passed away on April 4, 2014, following a brief illness. Jerry graduated from Murphy High School in 1955 and went to work for the GM&O/ICG Railroad where he was employed for 45 years.
Mr. Stuckey was preceded in death by his parents, William Boardman Stuckey and Etta Mae Cale Stuckey, and one brother James Leonard Stuckey.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Margie Newburn Stuckey, two sons Jerome Eugene (Christy) Stuckey Jr., William Bradley (Vickie) Stuckey, and one daughter Karen Lynn (Larry) Bailey, two brothers Joseph Wayne Stuckey, William Norman Stuckey, seven grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
