Jenny Fogleman, 83, of Burlington, passed away at 6:46 PM, Tuesday, January 3, 2017, at Liberty Commons.
A native of Kitts Hill, OH, she was the wife of Carl W. “Bucky” Fogleman and daughter of the late David Thacker and Hazel Saunders Thacker. She retired from Kayser-Roth as the Secretary to the Plant Manager. She was a member of Alamance Lutheran Church where she was a coordinator for Meals on Wheels at the Church. Mrs. Fogleman was also a volunteer with the Alamance County Board of Elections.
Surviving, other than her husband of the home, are a son, Mark Fogleman (Mary Ann) of Concord; a daughter, Carla Fogleman Loy (Chris) of Burlington; daughter-in-law, Teri Fogleman of Mebane; five grandchildren, Beth Fogleman (Robin Bruck) of Leipzig, Germany, Meredith Loy Jorgensen (Philip) of Raleigh, Baker Webb Loy of Boone, Holt Fogleman and Rachel Fogleman, both of Mebane; and a sister, Barbara Sampson of Longview, WA.
Mrs. Fogleman was preceded in death by a son, Todd Fogleman, and three siblings.
