She is survived by her children, Austin, Alex and Ashlyn Cox; step-children, Brian and Danielle Cox; ex-husband, Greg; mother and step-father, Teresa and Rick Lee; father, Bill Van Horn (Tina); half-sister, Alicia Van Horn; step-brother, Ross Lee (Jennifer); step-brother, Brett and Brittany Martin; grandmother, Jean Cobb; grandfather, Jerry Van Horn; special aunt and uncle, Phyllis Jones and Phillip Cobb and loving friend, Keith Steel. She will be missed by a host of family and friends.
