Jennifer Lynn Thurston, of Saginaw,died on October 19, 2023, after a long and courageous battle with breast cancer, at the age of 59.Jennifer was born on August 25, 1964, the daughter of William Dwenger and Beverly (Emeott) Dwenger, in Saginaw, Michigan. She graduated from Hemlock High School in 1983, and went on to marry the love of her life, Timothy Thurston on May 14, 1994. They spent 30 years together. Jennifer was known for her love of Halloween, her goofy personality, and being very crafty. You could often times find her making her own knives, scrapbooking, making her own Halloween decorations, and baking for her family. Throughout the years, she remained very closely connected with her sisters, Rose, Shirley, Brenda, and Tammy. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She will be missed immensely by all who knew her.Jennifer is survived by her husband of 29 years, Tim Thurston, daughters, Nichole Wenzel, Kendra Thurston, and special bonus daughter, Brandy; grandchildren, Brittney (Nicholas) Baughan, Brett Gardner, and Collin Kiczenski; great-grandson, Lucas Baughan; siblings, Rose (Earl) Denter, Shirley (Chuck) Litvin, Mark (Margie) Dwenger, Brenda (Matt Graf) Newman, Tammy (Charlie) Gregory; mother and father-in-law, Burt and Marion Thurston; sister-in-law, Sherry (Brian) Volz; and brother-in-law, Burt (Dawn) Thurston; and many neices, nephews, and cousins. She is preceded in death by her parents, and brother-in-law, Gary Graf.
