It is with great sadness that our family and her best friend Evin said goodbye to our youngest, our baby Jennifer Leigh Martin March 22, 2023 @8:10pm. She passed peacefully with everyone present. She fought this fight in true Jenn fashion. She was determined she would take this cancer head on and she did. She survived much longer than most thought. She is at peace. No more pain, no more suffering. RIP our sweet baby girl, thank you for blessing us with Kiley and Lainey.
Born in Rowan County on November 8, 1982, she was the daughter of Jean Kepley Martin and Jeffrey Martin.
Jennifer graduated from Job Corps and received certification in Culinary Arts. She was an extremely talented cake decorator and enjoyed rock collecting and camping. She loved the outdoors, Her favorite place was Wiseman’s View in the Smoky Mountains.
Left to cherish her memory are her parents, Jean Kepley Martin and Jeffrey Martin; daughters, Kiley Anne Martin and Elaine “Trixie” Martin; sister, Brandi Jeane Branch.
