Jennifer Kate Sutherland was born on July 20, 1971 and passed away in Bakersfield July 29, 2015. Jennifer attended local schools and graduated from Taft Union High School and spent her adult life in Kern County. Jennifer is survived by her husband Rob Sutherland children Aiden and Connor, Tyler Sevedge and wife Melissa, Savannah Sevedge, Rod and Cindy Sutherland, and an extended caring family in North Fork, California. She is also survived by her parents Carol McAlister and Bill and Dee Wickwire and grandmother Martha Lowe, sisters Stephanie Wickwire, Karie (Steve) Fitzsimmons, Stacy Oliver, and Lean Wayne, four grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Over the last four years Jennifer had faced many challenges due to a serious infectious disease and never gave up. Due to the many doctors, nurses, friends, family and prayer she was able to overcome all obstacles. Jennifer was very artistic and creative and had love of family friends and animals. Gone too soon and will be greatly missed.
