Jennifer Sue Jennings Bothe, age 61, passed away on her mother’s birthday, Wednesday, October 24, 2007. Born on March 27, 1946, in Palestine, Texas, she was the daughter of Chester B. and Wilma N. Simmons Jennings. As an early childhood educator in Fredericksburg and Boerne, she touched many children”s lives. Over the years she touched the lives of many friends and family as well. A member of the Lutheran Church, she had lived in the Boerne area for several years. Preceded in death by her parents, and sister, Pamela Jennings, Mrs. Bothe is survived by her husband of 42 years whom she married on July 4, 1965, William G. Bothe; Daughter, Vanessa Bothe; Son, Trevor Bothe and his wife, Kerri; Grandchildren, Jordan and Tanner Hernandez and Kennedy Bothe; Sister, Sharon Bothe; Brother, Fred Jennings and his wife, Jody.
