The gift! The last two and a half years, I realize now, we’re a gift. A gift from your Dad. He welcomed you home with open arms. I miss you both so very much. The past strengthens my faith, knowing you are together! Happy, healthy in eternal life. The past gives me the courage to move forward knowing God’s got this. It has shown me to trust in him more, to let go of the wheel, to relinquish control. When your Dr told you that the cancer had spread throughout your entire body, I knew this day would come. She said to get your affairs in order. Your positive, unending belief and courage have inspired so many. I am so proud of you, all of your accomplishments, your knowledge and especially your sense of humor! You always thought outside of the box. Never afraid to risk it all. Always seeking to learn more, sharing with others, giving more than you will possibly know. And yet you often felt you were never enough. You felt judged.
