Jenifer Sue Whetstine, 74, of Trafalgar, died October 3, 2021. She was born in Manchester, KY on November 3, 1946 the daughter of the late, T. Berry and June Elizabeth (Samples) Walker.
Jenifer retired from the Future Farmers of America as a housekeeping manager. She was known as “Mamaw” to all that knew her and was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was passionate about her grandchildren, and enjoyed word searches, puzzles, gardening/canning/freezing, yard sales and cats.
She was preceded in death by parents, her husband of 55 years, James “Jimmy” Lester Whetstine, great-grandson, Mason Thompson.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory; children, Jon (Misty) Whetstine and Amy Baker, brother, Roy Walker, sister, Laura McDonald, 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren as well as a host of extended family and friends all of whom will miss her cabbage rolls and coconut cream pies!
