Jeneva L. Richardson was born on May 11, 1955 in Jacksonville, FL to Lucile Colvin and Herman Richardson. She was raised by her mother and stepfather, Nathaniel Colvin in Jacksonville, FL.
After graduating from Clay High School, she graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, NC and received her Associate’s Degree in Business. Jeneva dedicated her life to her children whom she loved dearly.
