Jeffry Clarke Wellborn, known as “THE Jeff Wellborn” to family and friends, passed away on November 15, 2016, age 59. He was a resident of Metairie. Jeff graduated from Baylor University with dual degrees in History and Business Administration.
Jeff adored his children, and showed his dedication by being active over the years in Boy Scouting activities and in youth athletics, where he served as a coach, a booster and a referee. He was also involved in the Parents’ Clubs of several different schools.
Jeff was preceded in death by his parents, Betty Jean Adams and Samuel Gatewood Wellborn.
