Jeffrey Stephen Forman, 58, of Denver, Colorado, passed away August 9, 2021. He was born July 7, 1963 in Denver to Willard Eugene and Charmaine Ann Van Forman.
Jeffrey was a lifelong resident of Denver. He graduated from St. Vincent de Paul elementary school, Regis Jesuit High School, and Regis College. Jeff was an avid Denver Broncos fan and had season tickets his entire life. He also had a passion for snow skiing, playing with his second cousins, music, and going to concerts. His favorite artists were Jimmy Buffett, Bruce Springsteen, and Van Morrison who he saw an amazing 27 times all over the world.
One of Jeff’s other great passions and devotions was to the military. In 1985, Jeff joined the United States Army Reserve as an infantryman. In 1990 he joined the Judge Advocate General Corps as a paralegal.
Jeffrey is survived by his aunt Shirley Johnston and cousin Rich Johnston of Lakewood, CO.; his half-sister, Sandra Stieringer of Bayard, WV.; and many friends.
