Jeffery Paul Giles, age 53, of McCalla, AL., passed away on August 5, 2016 at the Birmingham VA Medical Center surrounded by his family. He was a proud veteran of the United States Army, worked as an Electrical Engineer for NASA for over 20 years, and was an avid Alabama Fan “Roll Tide”.
His father, James P. Giles, preceded him in death. He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Mangiero (Mike); son, Jesse “Dusty” Giles (Stasia); fiance’, Sheila Vardaman; mother, Pauline; sister, Lissa; brother, Jimmy;step-mother, Sue Ellen Giles; and a host of family and friends.
