Jeffrey Norman Usher, 48, of Canon City returned to his heavenly home on April 16, 2014.
He was born February 22, 1966 in Olympia, Washington to Norman and Janette (Taylor) Usher. In his earlier years he worked as a mortgage loan officer and worked construction. The work that meant the most to him was that of assisting under privileged children at the boys ranch in Florence, Colorado.
Jeffrey is survived by his parents; sisters, Annette (Don) Redford of Hooper, Utah, and Lisa (Erik) Larsen of Canon City, Colorado. Also survived by nieces, Kathleen and Kinsey and nephews, Pierce (Tarryn), Nils, Cameron, Matthew, Kyle (April), Russell, Christopher. He lost his faithful and constant four-legged friend “Blue” within the past year.
