Frazier; eight grandchildren; his father, Jeffrey Neal, Jr.; three sisters, Janice Jefferson, Bernice Brown (William) and Brenda Webb; four brothers, Reginald Frazier (Penny), Wayne Moore (Stephanie) and William Neal (Wanda) and Charles Duvall (Delores). He also leaves a devoted close friend Isreal D. Thompson; one devoted uncle, Francis Frazier; one aunt, Bernice Washington and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
