Jeffrey Lynn Bazin, age 65, of Manassas, Virginia passed away Thursday, October 8, 2015. He was born on May 9, 1950 in Cheswick, Pennsylvania, the son of the late John Henry and Mary Jane (Kudlac) Bazin. Jeff retired from the United States Secret Service after 24 years of dedicated service. He continued his career working for the TSA. Jeff also worked for the Catholic Diocese of Arlington and several local high schools including Bishop O’Connell High School in Arlington and Osbourn High School in Manassas. Jeff was an active parishioner at All Saints Catholic Church in Manassas, VA. Survivors include his loving wife of 41 years, Karen Stapinsky Bazin; two devoted daughters, Jacquelyn N. Parker of Manassas, Virginia and Janelle A. Bazin of Lucerne, Switzerland; two beloved grandchildren, Ayla M. Parker and Aidan J. Parker; three nephews, Dr. Justin Jeffries of Lewisburg, West Virginia, Nathan Jeffries of Hinton, West Virginia, and Phillip Stapinsky of Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania; two nieces Jackie Rae Farley of Hinton, West Virginia and Harmony Greenfield of Spotsylvania, Virginia; and four great-nieces Elayna Jeffries, Taylor Jeffries, Liza Jeffries and Audrey Jeffries; one great-nephew Sam Farley.
