Jeffrey Charles Kidd 45, Ringgold, died Wednesday March 8, 2006. A 1979 graduate of Ringgold High School he was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Kidd was a U.S. Navy veteran and a member of the American Legion Post 95; VFW #1289; and the Fraternal Order of the Eagles. He had served as a volunteer fireman with Catoosa County station #3 before to moving to Pikeville, TN nine months ago. Mr. Kidd was employed at Walmart on Gunbarrel Road. He was preceded in death by his father Glyn Kidd and stepfather Harold W. Collins. Survivors are his loving wife Linda Kidd, Pikeville, TN; mother, Ruby Collins; children Zachary Kidd and Rebecca Kidd; brother, James Loyd Kidd, all of Ringgold; step sister, Teresa Dabbs, Lookout Mountain, Ga; step daughters, Lisa Nail and Christy Callaham, both of Crossville.
