Jeffrey John Anthony Bernauer, 52, died peacefully in his sleep on May 6, 2021. Jeffery was the beloved son of the late Joseph W. and Annette M. Bernauer. Jeff was the loved human of Rosco (deceased), Boo Boo Bear and Mr. LUM. Survived by his longtime love and companion Nancy Hooper, and his siblings Joanne, Joseph, Jeanmarie, and Jacqueline who doted on and cherished her brother. Jeff was the joy of the Bernauer family, even in times of challenge and difficulties Jeff was the one who got everyone laughing.A friend of Bill W., Jeff was known and loved by many in his community. Jeff will be deeply missed by his dearest friends, Jason Yancoski and his Mother, and Bill Good as well as many others who lives Jeff touched with his willingness to help and serve others in need. Jeff lived a difficult and remarkable life in which love, joy, and hope were the touchstones of all his achievements.Beloved son of Annette Bernauer who recently departed, Jeff leaves behind those who loved him and laughed with him to be with his beloved Mother in the arms of God.
