Jeffrey Frederick, 36, of Ottawa, died at his home.
Jeff was born on September 29, 1972 in Streator to Donald and Shirley (Linn) Frederick. He was a graduate of Ottawa Township High School, class of 1990. He was a carpenter with Local 195. He was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church and the Mixed Bowling League. He enjoyed fishing with his sons, dirt biking, snowmobiling, and country music.
He is survived by two sons, Jesse, and Dylan, of Ottawa, his mother, Shirley, of Ottawa, his father, Donald of Ottawa, his former wife, Sandy, a sister, Tracy, of Austin, Texas, 4 brothers, Bradley, Jason, and Joshua, all of Ottawa, and Eric, of Streator, his former in-laws, Tim and Jocelyn Gage, of Ottawa, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Elmer Bud and Mary Ellen Linn, and William and Rema Frederick, and a cousin, Randy Linn.
