Jeffrey A. Rydingsward (husband, father, brother & uncle stinking Jeff) 56, passed away on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 after a fierce battle with cancer. Born May, 30’th 1966 to Margaret (Hallstrom) Moi and the late Alan Rydingsward and his late step father Jose Moi.
Jeff grew up in Unionville, CT and graduated from Farmington High in 1984 where he made many friends he considered family (Kevin, Laura, Emmet, Dave, Ken and so many others). He was a highly skilled Plumber for over 35 years and was employed by Mega Mechanical and was known as a great tradesman and a member of Local 777.
Jeff was an avid live music lover, with a great sense of humor, brilliant, honest and filled with so much integrity.
Jeff will mostly be remembered by being a great family man. He showed so much patience with his wife Stacie for her animal addiction and loved his children with all his heart. He resided in Winsted for over 26 with his wife Stacielyn (Kasmar) Rydingsward that adored him, his daughter Morgan Rydingsward (the apple of his eye) and fiancé Ross Lopardo of Tennessee and his son Shane J. Rydingsward (that made him so proud). He also leaves behind his brothers; Bryan and wife Jess Rydingsward of Massachusetts, Craig and wife Chrissy Rydingsward of Burlington, CT; Sister in law, Susan Kasmar and husband William Laforest of Unionville, CT; Sister in law Britney and husband Michael Kardok of New Britain, CT; Sister in law Kelly and husband Chris Cahill of New Hampshire; Brother in law Steven and wife Debi Kasmar of California; Mother in law Sandra Schoen of Winsted, CT; Step mother Donna Madigan of Rhode Island and his godson Kai Walsh of Avon, CT
Jeff is also survived by tons of nieces, nephews and cousins that he loved so much.
Jeff’s family will never be the same without him and asks to honor him by seeing live music and baltering.
