Jeffery M. Miller, 26, of Elkhart, passed away at his home Friday, June 9, 2017.
He was born, in South Bend, on Aug. 8, 1990, to Marti (Miller) Mendoza and later married Holly Phillips. They both survive him.
Also, surviving are children Chase, Abigail, Lexi and baby Naomie (who is on the way) and his brother, Derek (Tianna) Lopez.
Jeff had served as a department manager with Wal-Mart and enjoyed fishing, the Batman series and playing video games.
