Jeff was born in Stephens County to George and Cynthia Justice on July
27, 1967. He attended North Hall High School and graduated in 1985. He
owned and operated Up Front Carburation. He enjoyed racing, hunting,
He is preceded in death by his brother Randy Justice, and sister Wanda Justice.
Jeff is survived by his wife, Cindi Smith Justice of Cleveland,
daughter Ashley Justice of Dahlonega, parents George and Cynthia
Justice of Dahlonega, father-in-law Alfred Smith of Cleveland, mother
and father-in-law Carmella and Junior McDougald of Cleveland,
sisters-in-laws and brothers- in-laws Tammy and Luke Eten of
Gainesville, Carol and Anthony Tatum of Gainesville, Sandra and
Charlie Williams of Alto, and Angie and David Seller of Mt. Airy, nine
nieces, seven nephews and several great nieces and nephews. Special
family and friends: Claude and Pasty Roberts of Demorest, Keith and
Jammie Roberts of Clarkesville, Christy and Virgil Robinson of Lula,
Gail, Cale, Caden and Crystal Garrison of Cornelia Georgia, Donnie
