Jefferson was a beautiful angel that was born July 14, 2011, when he was born he was diagnose with down syndrome, renal failure, a missing esophagus, gastric problems and several other health issues. when he was 9 months old he lost use of his intestines, but his family never lost hope going through a constant struggle and many surgeries, Jefferson never stop fighting and teaching his siblings as well as his parents to keep fighting no matter what came his way. His mother and father were always by Jefferson side, many times fighting to remain strong so they could support their little angel. he was a very strong and very happy boy, but in the end his illness got the best of him and on October 12, 2014 Jefferson pass away to a better life in his mother’s arms, and is now resting with the almighty.
